Clarification on Personal Data Protection Law;
As My Love Boutique Inc. we attach great importance to the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). We would like to inform our customers about our purpose and methods of collecting, processing and transferring personal data and, accordingly, your legal rights from the Law.
1. Methods for collecting personal data
As My Love Boutique Inc, on the score of being the data controller, within the scope of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; we collect your personal data in order to enable you benefit from the services our brand offers, inform you about our campaigns with your consent, record your suggestions and complaints, create better service standards for you, and for purposes such as determining and implementing commercial and business strategies for My Love Boutique Inc. Your data may be collected verbally or through websites, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means.
Your personal data obtained in accordance with the law before the Personal Data Protection Law came into effect, are also processed and protected according to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

My Love Boutique Inc, with your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law provided that necessary security measures specified in the Law are taken, in order to carry out the activities of the company, to establish a business relationship between data owners and our customers and / or to conduct meetings for this purpose, to provide services and opportunities, to increase the service quality, can share your personal data in question with our group companies, business partners, customers, suppliers, audit companies which we work together under an agreement as required by our activities, or public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data as required by a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities but not limited to.
4. Rights of the owner of personal data, listed in article 11 of Law No. 6698

In case of request for rectification, deletion or destruction of personal data; to request notification of third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, about the rectification,
To object to occurrence of a result that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, and request a copy of personal data.
